I lead career discovery and enablement for Microsoft's global sales organization. Previously, I was the Director of Leadership Development at Degreed and have worked in executive search at Marcum, as an in-house career coach at Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies and as a management consultant at Accenture.

I am the co-author of "The Empowered Job Search: Build a New Mindset and Get a Great Job in an Unpredictable World." In 2014, I wrote "Coaching is Calling: A Guide to Coach Training Programs and Professional Career Paths."

A former competitive swimmer, I am certified as a leadership coach from Georgetown University and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. I have a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and am currently working on my dissertation on organizational change and career development.
